• Artwork and files: designs and files you upload for printing or design help.
• Payment information: handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card or UPI credentials.
• Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type and cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep your cart.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account, process orders, produce and deliver your prints.
• To send order confirmations, proofs, shipping updates and support replies.
• To issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, courier and logistics partners, hosting and email providers — and only as needed for their service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
