2. Accounts

You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Partner or agency accounts may need our approval before partner pricing applies, and we may withdraw it at any time.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Taxes such as GST, and shipping, are shown or added as described at checkout or on your invoice.
• Some products are quoted individually. A quote is valid only for the period stated on it.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it, and production starts after payment and proof approval.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Artwork, proofs and your content

• You are responsible for your artwork, text and the accuracy of everything you ask us to print, and you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce it.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or misleading. We may refuse or cancel any order for such content.
• Please review the proof carefully. Once you approve it, we are not responsible for errors in it.
• You keep ownership of your artwork and give us permission to use it only to produce and deliver your order. Artwork created by our designers for a fee is delivered to you as part of that order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. We may decline or hold an order if payment fails or cannot be verified.

6. Shipping, refunds and cancellation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Reprints, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Colour and material variation

Printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen and between batches. Reasonable variation in colour, trim and finish is normal and is not a defect.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. The site design, logo and content belong to UV Print Wala Pvt. Ltd. unless stated otherwise.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, applies to orders placed after the update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
