Shipping Policy

1. Production before dispatch

Every product is printed to order. Production begins only after your payment is confirmed and your artwork or design proof has been approved. Production time depends on the product, quantity and finish, and is shown on the product page or in your order confirmation.

2. Delivery areas

We ship across India through third-party courier and logistics partners. Delivery to remote or restricted pin codes may take longer or may not be available; we will tell you if we cannot deliver to your address.

3. Shipping charges and timelines

Delivery is charged at a flat ₹200 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. GST at 18% is added to the product total. Delivery timelines are estimates given by the courier and start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control do not make us liable for losses arising from the delay.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its status from your account under Orders. Tracking details, where available, are shared by email or in your account.

5. Delivery and inspection

Please check the parcel on receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Wrong or incomplete address

Please give a complete, correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details. Re-shipping because of an incorrect address may be charged.
